  1. Fried Garlic Mushrooms
 Fried Garlic Mushrooms
Ingredients
Mushroom – 200g
Butter – 20 g
Green garlic – 20 g (You can use regular garlic if you don’t find green garlic)
Coriander leaves – 20 g
Egg – For coating
Breadcrumbs – For coating
Oil – To brush
Salt – To taste
Pepper – To taste
Cooking Method
  1. Separate the mushrooms from their stems.
  2. Mix in butter, finely chopped coriander, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper well.
  3. Now stuff the mushroom caps with this prepared mixture. Join two caps together using a toothpick.
  4. Dip each piece in the egg batter and then roll it in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the Lifelong Air Fryer to 200°C. Brush the coated mushrooms with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180°C in the air fryer.
  6. Take out and serve hot with ketchup or mayonnaise.

Ingredients
Potatoes – 100 g
Peas – 50 g
Spinach – 50 g
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Chaat masala – 5 g
Oil – To brush
Salt – To taste
Cooking Method:
  1. Boil and mash potatoes and peas.
  2. Boil and finely chop the spinach.
  3. Mix the vegetables with the green chilli, chaat masala and salt.
  4. Divide the ingredients into 6 equal size balls at a time. Press each ball between your palms and give it the shape of a tikki.
  5. Pre heat the Lifelong air fryer to 200°C. Brush the tikkis with oil and air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes or till it gets golden brown on the outside.
  6. Remove and serve hot with green mint chutney.
  1. Tawa Paneer Roll
Tawa Paneer Roll
Ingredients:
Paneer – 600 g
Carrots – 50 g julienned
Cabbage – 50 g shredded
Yellow Aam Papad – 40 g
Rice Flour – To Dust
Chilli Powder – 5 g
Turmeric Powder – 5 g
Oil – To Brush
Salt – To Taste
Cooking Method:
  1. Take a full block of paneer. Cut the paneer into thin slices that can be rolled. Apply salt, turmeric powder, and chilli powder on the paneer. Place the paneer slices on a hot nonstick pan for two minutes.
  2. Saute carrots and cabbage in a separate pan. Add the aam papad juliennes to it and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Spread the filling over the paneer slices. Roll the paneer. Dust it with rice flour.
  4. Pre heat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the rolls in the air fryer. Set the temperature at 180°C for 1 minute.
  6. Open the air fryer. Lightly brush the rolls with oil. Air fry at the same temperature for 2-4 minutes more or until golden brown.
  1. Paneer Shashlik

Ingredients
Paneer – 200 g cubed
Onion – 25 g cubed
Tomato – 25 g cubed
Capsicum – 25 g cubed
Hug Curd – 50 g
Cornflour – 10 g
Ginger Garlic Paste – 5 g
Cream – 10 ml
Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Oil – To brush
Salt – To taste
Pepper – To taste
Cooking Method:
  1. In a bowl, mix hung curd, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, cream, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the paneer cubes in the marinade and coat nicely. Keep the marinade aside for half an hour.
  3. Pre heat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes. Brush the wire rack with oil.
  4. Thread the paneer tikka onto toothpicks and place it in the air fryer. Air fry for 5 minutes or till light brown.
  5. Serve hot with a choice of salad and chutney.
  1. Aloo Samosa
 Aloo Samosa
Ingredients:
Potato – 100 g boiled and peeled
Peas – 30 g boiled
Green Chilli – 5 g chopped
Coriander Leaves – 10 g
Ghee – 15 g
Jeera – 5 g
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Chana Masala – ½ tsp
Ajwain – 5 g
Oil – 5 ml and to brush
Salt – To taste
Water – As required
Cooking Method:
  1. Rub ghee in refined flour. Add water, ajwain, salt and knead into smooth dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle. Add peas, turmeric powder, chana masala, green chilli and salt. Mix well. Add roughly chopped potatoes. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and take off gas.
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll each portion out into about 6-inch-wide diameter. Cut in half. Make a cone and fill in the potato mixture. Seal the edges with water.
  4. Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
  5. Brush the samosas with oil.
  6. Arrange the samosas in the air fryer and cook at the same temperature for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
 
  1. Golden Fried Prawns
Golden Fried Prawns
Ingredients:
Medium Prawns – 10
Fresh Bread Crumbs – 40 g
Ginger Garlic Paste – 5 g
Coriander Powder – 5 g
Cumin Powder – 5 g
Lemon Juice – 10 ml
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Oil – To Brush
Salt – To Taste
Cooking Method:
  1. De-shell and de-vein the prawns but retain the tail. Wash and pat dry. Beat the prawns and flatten them with a meat beater.
  2. Marinate the prawns in a mixture of all the ingredients except bread crumbs and oil. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Coat every prawn with bread crumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer at 180°C.
  5. Brush the prawns with oil and cook in the air fryer at 180°C for about 6-10 minutes or till golden brown.
  6. Remove and serve hot.
  1. Chicken Tikka
Chicken Tikka
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Cubes – 200 g
Vinegar – 20 ml
Egg – 1 whole
Roasted Gram – 20 g
Hung Curd – 50 g
Chilli Powder – 5 g
Garam Masala Powder – 5 g
Red Chilli – 5 g
Ginger Garlic Paste – 10 g
Butter – To brush
Salt – To taste
Orange red colour – A pinch
Cooking Method:
  1. Clean, wash and pat dry the chicken.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except oil and marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours.
  3. Pre heat the air fryer at 180°C.
  4. Brush the chicken with butter and air fry for about 6-10 minutes or till the surface starts browning.
  5. Serve hot with onion rings and chutney.
 
  1. Grilled Fish
Grilled Fish
Ingredients:
Fish Fillet – 200 g
Tomato Puree – 30 g
Ginger Garlic Paste – 20 g
Red Chilli Powder – 5 g
Turmeric Powder – 5 g
Coriander Powder – 10 g
Cumin Powder – 5 g
Vinegar – 20 ml
Fresh Bread Crumbs – To coat
Oil – To brush
Salt – To taste
Cooking Method:
  1. Clean and cut fish in large chunks. Wash and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl mix rest of the ingredients. Marinate the fish in the marinade and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Pre heat the air fryer at 180°C. Brush the air fryer basket wire rack with oil.
  4. Coat the marinated fish with bread crumbs and brush with oil. Arrange them in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 6-7 minutes or till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with chutney and salad.

 Mutton Seekh Kebab
Ingredients:
Mutton Mince – 200 g
Onion – 50 g chopped
Ginger – 10 g chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi – ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves – 10 g
Egg – ¼ beaten egg
Butter – To brush
Salt – To taste
Cooking Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except butter and refrigerate for half an hour.
  2. Divide the mix into 5-6 portions and roll them in cylindrical shape over a seekh.
  3. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°C.
  4. Air fry the seekh kabab at 180°C for about 5 minutes or till they are cooked through.
  5. Remove the kababs and brush with butter. Roast again at the same temperature for 2-4 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with onion rings and chutney.

Ingredients:
Chicken Mince – 200 g
Onion – 20 g chopped
Ginger – 20 g chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves – 5 g
Green Chilli – 1 chopped
Oil – To brush
Salt – To taste
Cooking Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape them into kofta-size balls.
  3. Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes. Lightly brush the air fryer wire rack and the koftas with oil. Place the koftas on the rack.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes at the same temperature.
  5. Serve hot as a snack or use them in gravy for chicken koftas.
