Pickup Policy

By requesting a pickup, the Customer (“you”) agrees to the following Pickup Policy of Lifelong Online Retail Private Limited (“Company” or “we”).

1. When Will Pickup Be Arranged?

We will raise a pickup request with our logistics partner:
• If the product is unserviceable, or
• If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely

2. Pickup Timeline

• Once the pickup is initiated, it will be scheduled within 7 business days
• Pickup will be arranged from the same address where the product was originally delivered

3. Missed Pickup Attempts

• Our logistics partner will make three (3) pickup attempts
• If you're unreachable during these attempts, the pickup request will be automatically closed
• To reopen the request, contact us with:
• Your contact details
• Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Images of the product

4. If Pickup Service is Not Available at Your Location

You will need to self-ship the product to our service address using a trusted courier:

5. Quality Check & Refund/Replacement

• After we receive your product, our quality team will inspect it
• If the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated
• If the claim is invalid, the product will be returned to you without compensation

6. Pickup Request Eligibility

• Pickup is applicable only for products purchased through authorized channels of Lifelong Online

7. When Pickup is Not Accepted

• If the product is not packed at the time of pickup
• If an incorrect product is received at our warehouse

8. Policy Changes

• We reserve the right to update or modify this Pickup Policy at any time
• Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website

9. Customer Consent

By raising a pickup request, you confirm that you accept this Pickup Policy and any future amendments.
