At 580 grams, it's light enough to carry without thinking about it, and the 180cm × 60cm surface gives you full-length room for sun salutations, floor stretches, and supine poses without your shoulders hanging off the edge.

The 6mm thickness is the joint-protection number that matters most on a mat like this. Six millimetres puts enough cushioning under your wrists in plank, your knees in low lunge, and your spine in bridge to absorb floor contact without the mat feeling spongy underfoot. Thinner mats (4mm and below) let you feel the floor through them during held poses; this one doesn't.

The surface carries a textured anti-slip pattern that engages during dynamic movement, not just when you're standing still. TPE doesn't absorb sweat the way fabric-topped mats do, so moisture sits on the surface rather than soaking in. A wipe with a damp cloth clears it.
