Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
All sales are final.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• You must share an unboxing video showing:
 • The sealed package being opened
 • The product and any visible issue clearly

2. Replacement Policy

You can request a replacement if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or non-functional
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused and in its original condition

Replacements will not be accepted if:

• More than 7 days have passed since delivery
• The product has been used or is not in original condition
• You are dissatisfied with the appearance or sound of a fully functional product
• Physical damage is reported after 7 days

Replacement Process:

• Contact us via Email or WhatsApp
• Share your Order ID and unboxing video showing the issue
• A pickup will be arranged within 7 business days
• Ensure the product and all accessories are securely packed

After inspection:

• If the defect is confirmed – a replacement will be issued
• If no issue is found – the same product will be returned

Note: If replacement is not possible due to stock or operational issues, a refund will be issued.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

• A replacement is not possible
• The product is unused, in original condition, and the issue is verified

To request a refund:

• Contact us via Email or WhatsApp
• Share:
 • Your Order ID
 • The unboxing video and clear images of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days after reviewing your request.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for used products or cases without proper evidence.
