Built from Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), this mat sits in a different category from standard PVC mats. TPE is lighter and more resilient, so it holds its shape through dynamic sequences and gives you a stable base without the chemical smell or stiffness of PVC. At 650 grams, it's light enough to carry to a class or between rooms without thinking about it.

The 6mm thickness is the spec that matters most here. It's thick enough to cushion wrists, knees, and ankles during floor work, but not so thick that you lose contact with the ground during standing balance poses. The 180cm x 60cm surface covers a full adult practice footprint, so extended poses don't run you off the edge.

A textured anti-slip surface keeps the mat in place on smooth floors, and keeps your hands and feet from sliding during active movement. The mat is sweat-resistant and water-resistant, and wipes clean with soap and water after a session. For deeper cleaning, hand wash only.
