After nine month of usage there was sound in fan contacted lifelong customer service they asked for invoice and 10 seconds video of fan which was defective after that they immediately processed refund as fan was under warranty I purchased 4 quantities In 4 3 r running without any problem. All things considered This deal was a steal for - 6800 RS
Overall This Bicycle was a steal for this price. All features are working fine and the cycle feels and looks good. Cons - When i Shift gears from 1 to 2 on the left hand lever it either does not change or shifts directly to 3 which I feel could be calibration issue.. But one serious issue is seat quality.. I believe the Seat could have really better quality from where it gets fixed/mounted. Rest all very good.. I attached a new seat and its very comfortable now... By the way I got it for 6800 with cash back and all :)... Lucky me
