I love how simple it is to clean the induction cooktop. Because the surface does not become hot (except under the cookware), food spills do not burn onto the stove, making cleanup a breeze. A quick wipe-down with a cloth and it's as good as new. This cooktop is far safer than older models. Because the heat is generated solely in the cookware, the stovetop surface stays cool to the touch, lowering the danger of burns. When the cookware is removed, the appliance will automatically turn off. It's also more energy-efficient; less heat is lost, making cooking feel faster and more efficient.
