Product Description
This is a heavy-duty loop resistance band rated at 23 to 57 kg of resistance. That range puts it firmly in the heavy category, which means it handles pull-up assistance, loaded stretching, and compound strength movements that lighter bands simply can't support. It's not a light therapy band or a beginner warm-up tool. If you're working toward unassisted pull-ups or adding meaningful load to bodyweight exercises, this is the tier you need.
The band is made from natural rubber latex, a material that returns to its original shape consistently after each rep. That snap-back consistency matters over time: bands that lose elasticity early start to feel uneven and eventually snap. Natural rubber holds its tension profile longer than synthetic alternatives, which is why it's the standard material for physiotherapy and strength training bands at this resistance level.
Because it's a continuous loop, the band works across a wide range of movements. Loop it over a pull-up bar to reduce body weight during assisted pull-ups. Anchor it underfoot for rows, curls, or shoulder work. Use it for physio-grade hip and glute activation, or as a stretching aid in yoga practice. The blue colour follows the standard theraband resistance-tier convention, where blue indicates heavy resistance, which helps when you're building a set across multiple resistance levels.
The loop format means no clips or attachments. It stores flat, weighs very little, and packs into a bag without bulk.
