Very confusing experience 1. The manual talks about magnetic charging dots that don’t exist on the product. After a lot of searching, I found out it uses a pin charger: something the manual never clearly explains🥲 2. Even after charging it for the recommended 3 hours, the device still doesn’t power on 🥲🥲🥲 Feels like the manual is for a completely different model 🫩😑😐 Requested a replacement and hope the next unit actually matches the instructions🤞🏽 Edit: finally figured it out lol. So basically: 1. It doesn't turn on during charging 2. Don't wait for the lights to turn on. Just press the power button for 5 sec and press the right button to see if it works 🫪 I still think the manual should be updated though... After using it, it's a good product 👍🏽 6.5/10 would recommend (deducting points for the manual)

I wish it had some indications of when it's charging, charged or on. I literally thought it doesn't work for the longest time because there are zero indicator lights for anything.

This dual head massager works perfectly for neck and it's charging works for long. It's easy to clean.
