Ankle weight

Ankle weight is adjustable only issue is that it is not soft when walking some time it hurts the ankle bone velcro is good sticks good enough

Okay product

Weight is perfect. But when unwrapping the velcro pieces fall into the bed and if not properly cleaned will poke the body. Better spread a white towel under the ankles to throw out the velcro pieces.
