The 1000ml plastic container handles a decent batch in one go: enough onions for a full curry, a handful of garlic cloves, or a mix of herbs and vegetables. Rectangular stainless steel blades chop, mince, and dice onions, garlic, herbs, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Each pull of the cord drives the blades through the ingredients.

Two safety features are worth noting. A safety lock keeps the blade assembly secured when the chopper isn't in use, so there's no accidental contact with the blades. A non-slip base holds the container steady on the work surface while you pull, so it doesn't slide around mid-chop.
