The quality of tawa it is heavy and as it s iron based it cooks the food slowly which turn crispy and delicious. It was good experience to use iron tawa instead of nonstick. The brand provide you the best quality as mentioned. I recommend everyone to buy this

Its thick and heavy, I have taken necessary precautions prior making first dost but first two dosa's went bad and sticked to pan then I was literally disappointed n taught to return but I was greasing for each dosa with 2 spoons of oil with help of onion and later tried the third dosa and few oil drops then covered with a lid and cooked the dosa on low to medium flame only then it went well and dosa seperated from pan. The heat distribution is excellent and it doesn't require high flame as it holds the heat for longer time.the pan looks pretty cute but disappointed me on my very first use.maintaing n greasing the pan after use is crucial so we need to follow them to maintain pan in good condition for its durability. Coating quality also looks good. Patience and time is required so we can enjoy the food happily else it lists it durability and dosas with stick to it. All good if you have enough patience what is still disappointed is the size.I expected bigger in size it's a size of dosa only extra 2inches makes it all perfect
