it has the good quality to make paddus. it made with iron and it's useful for good health. it is very comfort to wash the pan. it has good stickiness and distribute the heat across the total pan. i can believe it has the durability. it has 12 pits so quite enough for family. i can prefer this pan for paddus

Quality is Much better than any iron utensils you get from local stores... Maintanance is minimal and if used properly as instructed in the manual it's really good and it's naturally non stick.. I'm never going back to nonstick utensils if iron utensils are this good.. Only thing is the middle part cooks faster so u have to treat it as a seperate batch .. inside of the paniyaram cooks very well if kept in low to medium flame with a lid on top.. Easy to use. Value for money, feels good to hold and will last a life time if maintained with care and season the bottom with oil when if it starts to rust a little..
