The belt runs from a slow walk up to 12 km/hr, which covers brisk walking at around 5 to 6 km/hr, a steady jog at 8 to 10 km/hr, and light running at the top end. Three levels of manual incline let you add resistance without changing speed. The alloy steel frame holds users up to 100 kg, and at 36 kg the unit stays stable underfoot during faster sessions. The LCD display tracks distance, speed, and calories burned in real time, so you can see output without guessing.
