Gets the job done. Solid upgrade from the yellow and red bands
Delivered quickly and does exactly what it needs to. I’ve used the yellow and red bands from Lifelong before, and this one provides more resistance. If you're looking for that next level of tension for your daily routine, this is definitely the better option. Very portable when travelling and you need to done some light workout and dont have access to a gym or weights. Length is sufficient and is grippable, does not slip easily. A definitive step up in resistance compared to the brand's lighter yellow and red variants. Simple, effective, and holds up well for regular training. Like any band though, you will eventually outgrow the 6.9kg tension and need to jump to the next weight class or move to free weights.
