I would say just okay considering the price point. The quality is not that great. The rubber will wear out if handled rigidly. Some black powders are coming from it during use. There weights are somewhat accurate. Can not be used for dumbbells. Size is very big suitable for barbell workouts. Go for it if you are tight on budget,
