Heavy but Works Well

This cast iron appe pan is of good quality and feels strong, but it is quite heavy. The handle does not have a silicone cover, so it gets hot while cooking and needs to be handled carefully. Overall, it is a good product. I season it with oil before use, which helps in better cooking and maintenance.
