The difference matters: it uses radiant heat from a coil beneath a toughened glass plate, so your existing steel, aluminium, copper, glass, or ceramic cookware works on it without any modification or replacement. At 2000W, it heats up quickly and distributes that heat evenly across the glass surface. Four named cooking modes handle the most common tasks: Frying, Boiling, Slow Cooking, and Warming. You select modes and adjust temperature through a touch control panel with a digital display, so you can see exactly what setting you're on at a glance.

Safety is handled by three layers built into the unit: auto shut-off triggers when the stove sits idle or when temperature exceeds safe limits, while surge protection and voltage protection guard against electrical fluctuations.
