This is a triply kadai built around three bonded layers: a stainless steel outer wall, an aluminium core for heat conduction, and a food-grade stainless steel inner surface. The inner steel layer is the reason you can cook with less oil than a coated non-stick pan, and it carries no chemical coating to worry about. At 20 cm diameter and 1.7L capacity, it's a compact, deep vessel sized for one to four people.

The aluminium core pulls heat across the base and up the walls quickly, so frying fryums, papads, and appalams comes out even without hot spots. The same construction handles biryani, rice, and pasta without the base scorching while the top stays underdone. It works on gas and induction cooktops, so it fits any kitchen setup you already have. It is not oven-safe.

Handles are stainless steel, riveted directly to the body. The matching stainless steel lid keeps moisture in during longer cooks. The kadai weighs 1,430 grams. Care is hand wash only. It comes with a 1-year brand warranty on manufacturing defects.
