The non-stick surface improves with every use, and the pan needs only a light wipe or hand wash to keep the seasoning intact. Do not use a dishwasher, as it strips the seasoning layer.

Works on both gas and induction stovetops, covering most Indian home kitchens. The pan is not oven safe. The cast iron handle is integrated into the pan body, and the included glass lid helps trap steam when you need a softer finish on your appam or paddu.
