Excellent product but a bit delicate

The product is extremely useful and value for money. The only issue which I concerns me is regarding its power supply. The point from where it gets charged gets heated and damaged if you pull out the plug when it's hot. you'll have to wait for it to cool down a bit or else it would get damaged in long run. I bought two of them and one of them got damaged as I was not aware of this earlier. However a big shout out for Lifelong are they were quick in the support and gave me the refund for the one which got damaged but then the issue should be highlighted.
