Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered . Our policy is clear: all sales are final. However, in the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel. We offer a 7-day replacement/return window for such cases. Please ensure the video clearly shows the product as you unpack it, including any issues with the product. If you notice any defects, damage, or the wrong item was received, please contact us immediately at customercare@lifelongonline.com or reach us on WhatsApp at +91-9711558877. This will allow us to review the situation and provide a resolution. The unboxing/defect video is mandatory for exchange requests and should clearly display the issue.
For any defective or damaged items, we offer a replacement only if the product is unused and in its original condition, as received. All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, you will no longer be eligible to request an exchange. Once your product complaint is received through email/WhatsApp, our team will review the request and provide a resolution within 3 business days.
Replacement Policy
- When Can You Request a Replacement?
If your electrical product is defective, damaged, or not functioning correctly,
you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please note that returns are not
allowed once the product has been opened. 7 days
- How to Request a Replacement?
To request a replacement, email/WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include an unboxing video showing the condition of the product as evidence of the issue.
- What Happens After the Request
After registering the complaint, the faulty product will be picked up within 7 business days . Please ensure the product and all accessories are intact and packed properly. Our pickup partner will validate the product during the pickup process. Once we receive the product, we will conduct a physical inspection to verify the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the faulty product along with any accessories. If no defect is found, we will return the same product to you.
- Exclusions
Replacement requests will not be entertained if you are dissatisfied with the appearance or sound of a defect-free product. Physical damage that is not reported within 7 business days of delivery will also not be covered.
Note: Refund will be processed where replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or any other operational issue.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will not be accepted if a product has been delivered and used. If you receive a defective, damaged, or missing item, you can contact us at +91-9711558877 (WhatsApp) or customercare@lifelongonline.com with a detailed description of the issue, including the Order ID and clear images of the product. The product must be unused and in the original condition. After reviewing the request, we will notify you within 3 business days whether a refund or exchange is applicable, depending on product availability.
3. Cancellations
Once a purchase is made on our website, cancellations are not permitted. Once an order is placed or delivered, you will not be able to cancel it. We do not accept cancellation requests, as our products are already offered at discounted prices. Additionally, once an order is placed, you cannot modify or change the delivery address.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after the payment is successfully processed. Shipping may experience delays due to weekends, holidays, or the delivery address location.
- Shipping Fees:
You will be informed about any shipping or delivery charges at the time of checkout. These charges will be displayed clearly on both the product page and during checkout.
